Our frozen foods are fresh products that are preserved using the deep-freezing process.

Frozen food includes frozen ingredients for further processing as well as ready meals.

According to Swiss food law, the storage temperature of frozen food may not exceed -18 °C:

Frozen foods are foods that have undergone an appropriate freezing process (deep freezing) in which the range of maximum crystallization is passed through as quickly as necessary according to the nature of the food, with the effect that the temperature of the food is at least minus 18 degrees Celsius at all its points after thermal stabilization, and are placed on the market with an indication that they are frozen.
